Dan is a Co-Founder, Head of Investors Relations and Business Development. Dan works with the firm’s investors
as well as sourcing new partnership opportunities and investments. He also supports the fund’s investment holdings
on their BD needs. Prior to Reef Pass, Dan was Head of Investor Relations at Skye Global Management. Before
Skye Global Dan served as Director of BD at Bloom Tree Partners (a Tiger Management seed). Dan graduated from
the University of Mississippi with a degree in political science. He grew up in Virginia; he and his wife live in
Richmond, VA with their three sons.

multiple industries. Prior to RPI, Nick worked at Shore Capital Partners where he supported growth initiatives
across the firm's portfolio and conducted due diligence on prospective investment theses. Nick graduated from the
University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, where he majored in Finance.

Robert is a Founding Partner of Reef Pass Investors (RPI). Robert helps manage the strategy, administration, and vision of the firm. Robert is responsible for all aspects of the investment process and serves on the board of directors for multiple M&A focused platforms. Prior to RPI, Robert helped co-launch a successful long/short Tiger Cub Hedge Fund, Hound Partners, where he was a senior member of the investment team for ~15 years. He invested with the mindset of permanent ownership and spent significant time learning from the management teams of the highest performing M&A focused buy and build companies that are publicly traded. He now applies those principals to private start-up and growth-oriented buy and build platforms (serial acquisition). Outside of the office, Robert serves as a Trustee to the Tiger Foundation, Julian H. Robertson’s non-profit that aims to reduce the cycle of poverty in NYC. Robert grew up in Virginia and graduated from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, with a degree in Finance. He resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife and son.
